When Apple announced the release of their new iPhone and other products earlier this month, they were generous enough to give away U2's new album, "Songs of Innocence" to anyone who is a current iTunes subscriber.

One problem though, you got the album even if you didn't want it.  If your device was set to automatically download music, you had the album in your library...and you couldn't delete it unless you paid for Apple's iTunes Match Service, which would cost $25.

Thousands of people complained to Apple and they heard your frustration.

Apple has released a tool to remove U2's new album from its customers' iTunes accounts.  Apple is now providing a one-click removal button. Apple users can go to itunes.com/soi-remove.
