Tonight's all-new installment of 'Arrow' will pay off a number of season 2 setups in introducing the titular DC "Suicide Squad," as Diggle leads a team consisting of Deadshot, Shrapnel, Bronze Tiger and his ex-wife Lyla. Our first clips from the hour see the Arrow's partner none-too-pleased to be taking on the assignment, but what about tonight's villainous lineup will set up a major 'Arrow' season 3 story to come?

Oliver and Felicity will remain in the picture through tonight's installment, though you wouldn't necessarily know it from the first two clips of the hours, which see a none-too-pleased Diggle introduced to the Suicide Squad, whose expendable nature make them valuable assets in a mission to take down an oversees terrorist. No signs of Harley Quinn in either of the clips above or below, thought David Ramsey spoke to The Hollywood Reporter of another major DC baddie that will almost certainly show up in season 3 later on this year:

We left a nugget some episodes ago and we even touched on H.I.V.E., the organization that hired Deadshot to kill Andy. That's a big thing. Andy's very much involved with that and H.I.V.E., as DC fans will understand, is a big story. The writers have the habit of dropping a nugget that they may not reach again in four or five episodes down the line, so H.I.V.E. and Andy Diggle is a big story come season three.

'Arrow' season 2 still has plenty left on its plate, with big super-powered showdowns with Slade in the future, and the "Birds of Prey" emerging in another week, but in the meantime, what do you think? Have 'Arrow''s many DC characters caught up with it, or are we still on track for a focused finale? Watch the "Suicide" clips above and below, and tell us what famous DC pairings you'd like to see brought onto 'Arrow' in the future!
