Augustana Viking Days This Weekend

Augustana College is celebrating their homecoming this weekend, with the traditional "Viking Days" October 5-7th in Sioux Falls. Three days packed full of events for students and residents of Sioux Falls alike. Some of the highlights include:

Viking Varieties at 7:00 and 9:15pm on Friday, October 5th in the Edith Mortenson Center.

Viking Days Race: Langskip 5k on Saturday, October 6th at 8:00am. Race starts at the Fellows Presidential Residence at 37th and Grange.

Viking Days Homecoming Parade at 10:00am on Saturday, October 6th. 

The parade route is:

Summit Ave - From 28th St. to 37th St. 28th St. - From Summit Ave. to Grange Ave. Grange Ave. - From 28th St. to 33rd St. 33rd St- From Summit Ave. to Grange Ave. Prairie Ave. - From 33rd St to 37th St.

Viking Days Homecoming Football Game. Kickoff at 1:00pm at Kirkeby-Over Stadium. Come on out and watch Augustana host Minnesota State.

Viking Varieties at 7:00 and 9:oopm on Saturday, October 6th in the Edith Mortenson Center.

Viking Days Brunch on Sunday, October 7th at 11:30am in the Ordal Dining Room, in the Morrison Commons. Tickets are $10.00 for adults. $6.00 for children 12 and under. No advance reservations required.

Viking Varieties at 2:00pm on Sunday, October 7th in the Edith Mortenson Center.
