The holidays can be extra tough on a lot of people, especially kids. And two Sioux Falls girls realize "that some people just have darkness in their lives" and wanted to do something crazy awesome to help make a difference.

At Axtell Park Middle School, here in SIoux Falls, two 8th graders put a very thoughtful plan into action to help make the holiday school break a better time for their classmates.

Mary Martinez Smith and Damian Marlow wrote personalized "Sticky Notes" to help encourage all 800 of their fellow students.

At a time when we hear so much about school bullying don't you think it's just totally heart warming to see these two young ladies set such a great example for us all?  Bravo ladies!
