January 13, 2015: Driving around Sioux Falls last weekend, we saw lots of families snow sledding all over the city. Recently Dubuque, Iowa banned snow sledding because they said “they can’t manage the risk of being sued.” Is it time that Sioux Falls Ban Snow Sledding? Or are other cities just being weenies?
