What your kid's don't know about your daily smoothie, will have them asking for more of this one.

While on vacation I picked up a local publication and it was devoted to food.  Simple, easy ways to entertain and make your family shout for more.

The one that I wanted to share with you is the Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie.  Yuuuuum!

Two verstions, one for the I-Don't-Care bunch.  And, one more healthy.

Smoothie-1:
2 C. vanilla yogurt
1/2 C milk
1/4 peanut butter
1 banana
1/3 C strawberry or grape jam

Smoothie-2:
Not that I go to this site every day, but I found an alternative on http://www.eatingwell.com/recipe/251039/peanut-butter-jelly-smoothie/

1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey
