Christmas Surprise On a Philadelphia Subway As Transit Officers Help Deliver a Baby

Two Philadelphia transit offers may have been hoping for a quiet Christmas on the subway, but it didn't turn out that way. They were called into action to help deliver a baby after the mother's water broke. Mother and baby were then taken to the hospital and are doing fine.
