City of Sioux Falls Adds Watering Restrictions

It was bound to happen one of these days! Mother Nature has had it out for your lawn this summer. Now the city of Sioux Falls is implementing a new round of watering restrictions.

Up until Wednesday, residents were able to water their yards every other day. With the new restrictions, lawn watering is allowed only once per week.

The change was made to help conserve water for more essential functions.

The day you are allowed to water will be based off the last digit of your home address.

Monday -0
Tuesday- 1
Wednesday- 2 and 3
Thursday- 4
Friday- 5
Saturday- 6 and 7
Sunday- 8 and  9
