CL Does Yoga, Reads, Reigns Supreme in Maybelline New York Korea ‘Make It Happen’ Campaign

CL — muse, style icon and impending US crossover Queen — is continuing her reign as the face of Maybelline New York Korea, a partnership going strong since 2014.

The latest spot, which just debuted today (March 16), showcases the "Hello Bitches" superstar's "dreams, love and being herself."

So what are CL's dreams and loves, exactly?

Music.

Intriguingly, she's bopping along to talented singer-songwriter Stacy Barthe's 2015 debut, BEcoming.

Just for some trivia: Barthe first got her start in mainstream pop with a placement on Britney's Circus with "Blur," as well as "Heaven" on Cheryl Cole's 3 Words. She's since co-wrote Miley's "Adore You," Katy Perry's "Hummingbird Heartbeat" and, most importantly, Heidi Montag's "I'll Do It."

Is CL working with Stacy on music? Even if she isn't, it's only further proof she has impeccable taste. Anywho.

CL is reading the award-winning Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro, which was then turned into a film in 2010 with Keira Knightley, Carey Mulligan and Andrew Garfield.
