Dad Mocks Daughters Temper Tantrum [VIDEO]

This guys 6-year-old daughter is going nuts.  He mocks her on video then it's posted to youtube.  We were talking about this video here at work.  People here are having mixed responses.

Is this the right way to deal with a kid throwing a tantrum?  Mom, Kathy Sterner, posted this on her youtube account:

My 6 year old daughter had been in her room wigging out for about an hour, and there was no talking her down. I was getting fed up, so my husband decided to lighten the mood. For the record, she's not typically a beast child - she's actually a pretty awesome little kid who was having a rough day"

What do you think?  Is this just "DARN FUNNY" or is "THIS GUY BEING A BIG JERK TO HIS 6-YEAR OLD KID"?
