Like so many others, I have prayed for this family.  My heart just aches with compassion when I reflect on this tragedy.  You just want to do something.

Brittany Vollmer, the college student from Sioux Falls, S.D., who lost her entire family in a car crash was told about the accident during a school play that she was attending. The president of Northwestern College in Orange City, Ia, Greg Christy, broke the news to Brittany during intermission. The Saturday crash on Interstate 90 in South Dakota killed James and Julie Vollmer and their children, 16-year-old Alyssa and 13-year-old Caleb. Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. Friday at Sioux Falls Christian Schools.

A fund has been set up to help Brittany Vollmer   to help with future education-related expenses.
