Small town America always run deep with traditions, and Delmont South Dakota is keeping their New Years Eve Parade going this weekend.

This Sunday the 31st, no matter the weather, the Delmont community will keep the New Years Eve parade tradition alive.

From pickups to manure spreaders the Delmont New Years Eve Parade has seen it all in previous parades.

This years parade theme is Commercials, and first, second, and third place prizes will be awarded to the floats in the parade.

Also part of the parade tradition are a chance for people to win cool prizes including a Mattress Firm queen sized bed, and multiple other prizes will be given.

The Fryn' Pan in Yankton, is making Oyster Stew, Chili, and Chicken Noodle Soup!

These body warming soups will be served at the Community Center, and parade starts at 1:00 pm.
