It was a record warm day in Sioux Falls yesterday.  According to Sioux Falls National Weather Service Meteorologist Todd Heitkamp:

A record high temperature in Sioux Falls was set Friday at +59 degrees.  The previous record for February 10th was +56 degrees set back in 1977.

Like many others, I hit the bike trails around the city.  I shot this footage of ducks playing in the open water of the Big Sioux River in front of the Hilton Garden Inn downtown.

Like the rest of us they seemed to be enjoying the midwinter warmth.
