Spending anytime outside when the temps are in the upper 90's should trigger one important question.  What do you drink to stay hydrated?

My go-to is just water.  Lots of it and frequently!

Working out in the garden or yard for long periods of time may sound like a leisurely hobby to some.  And it is for me.  But with this hot weather and lack of rain just drains a person.  And the grass.  And my garden.
