Evil Elmo is Back [VIDEO]

Say it ain't so Sesame! Dan Sandler, who has besmirched the good name of the “Sesame Street” character Elmo, is back.

According to CBS.com, Sandler was charged Wednesday with trying to extort $2 million from the Girl Scouts.

Dan Sandler, who also goes by the name Adam Sandler, a.k.a "Evil Elmo", was arraigned on attempted grand larceny and other charges.  He plead not guilty.  The judge in the case ordered him held on $200,000 bail.

The Prosecutors are saying that Sandler sent harassing emails and voice mails to a Girl Scout supervisor he met while working at a temp job for the Girl Scouts

They said that when the supervisor told him to stop contacting her, he threatened to spread false rumors about sex abuse in the organization unless it gave him a high-paying position or made him a millionaire.

Sounds like this Evil Elmo needs 5 to 10 at the Seasame Street State Pen.
