EXO beat BTS in a FIFA poll determining which South Korean boy band would be played at the World Cup Final.

During the July 4 poll, FIFA requested that fans on Twitter decide who would be played at the July 15 game.

The official FIFA account tweeted: "Turn it up and feel the beat! From the final four, which beat do you want heard inside the stadium? VOTE NOW!"

While there were four options for musicians to be played at the game, including J Balvin's "Mi Gente" and Zedd's "The Middle," EXO's "Power" and BTS' "Fake Love" remained neck and neck until the end of the voting period.

At the end of the poll, EXO and BTS fans had each accumulated 48 percent of the votes. EXO, however, won by just a hair.

During the poll, the Olympic Channel interjected to say that EXO knows "how to rock a stadium," referencing their performance in PyeongChang during the closing ceremony of the 2018 Winter Olympics.

Once the results were announced, K-pop fans were overjoyed over the news.

One user thanked EXO fans "for working hard."

Another fan wrote, "EXO-Ls!!!! WE WON THE POLL. Thank you so much to everyone who voted give your fingers some rest now. All our efforts paid off in the end! Our fandom power is no joke."

The K-pop group released their first Japanese album, Countdown, in January.

The group's hit song, "Power," from their fourth studio album, will be played at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow on July 15.
