A restaurant that will sell fair-inspired food all year around is opening in a Texas Walmart.

The deep fried destination is the idea of Isaac Rousso, who has been making fair food for years at the State Fair of Texas. He created cookie fries and fried Pop-Tarts.

The in-store restaurant will be called State Fair Treats. The Dallas News reports that the restaurant will start off serving "cookie fries and funnel cake fries along with corn dogs, deep-fried hash browns stuffed with bacon and cheddar cheese and some new creations."

So far, only the Walmart in Plano, TX will have a State Fair Treats, but Rousso want to expand the his idea regionally, then nationally. One day we may have one in Sioux Falls.
