When it comes to a healthy diet, I don't have one.  I don't like fruits, very few vegetables, seafood...the list goes on.  So, when I find a list with a few foods I DO like on it AND they are listing them as "healthy" foods, I take notice and celebrate.

Forbes recently ran an article with the Top 10 Foods That Are Surprisingly Good For You and I was shocked to see that I like six of the ten foods on the list.  That is certainly not typical. I like to live by the saying "everything in moderation."
