Sioux Falls Police followed a lead that ended in two people being arrested on Sunday evening near the McDonalds on East 26th Street.

According to Officer Sam Clemens, the primary reason police were called was for someone who pulled a gun. “The initial call was that somebody had pointed a handgun at our victim and our victim called police.” That first report came about 8:00 PM.

Eventually, the vehicle was found and Clemens says there were four people in the car. “One person jumped out and took off running across 26th Street and went into the creek area behind the businesses.” Neither that person nor a weapon was found.

Of the three people that remained in the car, two of them had marijuana on their person totaling 14 bags. The largest quantity in any bag was 1.5 grams which equates to a somewhat small amount.

One of those arrested was 18 year-old Rundial Biliu of Sioux Falls who is charged with marijuana possession, paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute along with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Also arrested was a 17 year-old Sioux Falls boy who faces marijuana possession and paraphernalia charges. The other person in the car was a 23 year-old Sioux Falls woman who was not arrested.
