Freeze Your Fanny, Warm Your Heart This Saturday

With the arctic blast continuing its hold over the Sioux Empire well into next week, the "Freeze Your Fanny, Warm Your Heart 5K Fun Run and Walk" happening this Saturday, January 4th in Madison couldn't have a better name!

Time to buy a couple of those hand warmer packets, locate your warmest running/walking clothes and get ready to have a lot of fun for a great cause.

Registration begins at 9am this Saturday at the Madison Downtown Armory. The run will begin promptly at 10.

In addition to the run/walk, they'll also be a silent auction that starts at 9 that morning, and a chili dinner beginning at 11. Now tell me a nice big warm bowl of chili won't hit the spot after a chilly 3 mile fun run/walk huh?

All the proceeds from the event will benefit the 2014 Guatemala orphanage trip to support Leah's Kids Organization.
