Another fun night in Yankton Trail Park is on tap with George Thorogood and The Destroyers headlining at 10pm!

Courtesy of Midcontinent Communications, Thorogood is rolling into town on their 40th anniversary tour and will headline the main stage tonight at 10pm. With hits like: One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer; Move It On Over; and Bad to the Bone, The Destroyers always put on a great rockin' blues show. Thorogood is scheduled to be Crash's guest in the park at 5:30.

An artist that I'm picking to be a fan favorite by the time her set is finished is Kansas City's Samantha Fish.

Samantha Fish won the best new artist award at the Blue Music Awards in 2012 and has been thrilling audiences with her slide guitar work and rocking shows ever since.  Fish will play the main stage at 8pm. Since we KNOW you're coming for Thorogood, make sure you're in the park EARLY today. Sam is scheduled to be Crash's guest at 5pm.

In fact, make sure you're here by about 5:30 so you can have your first beer in your hand and a good place down front to see our opening band, from Nebraska, Josh Hoyer & The Shadowboxers! They're a funk/soul/R&B band that will get you up and dancing and kicking off your weekend in a fun way. They'll kick off the main stage at 6pm and are scheduled to be Crash's guest at 4pm.

Friday's second stage lineup features two local jazz bands and some Hard Luck Americana from Sioux City:

6:00PM  “Jazzed” with Bobby Gripp
7:30PM  Brian Masek & Friends
9:00PM  Mat D and the Profane Saints

Mat D. is scheduled to be Crash's guest at 3:30pm.

The festival is free, however there is a $10 parking fee inside Yankton Trail Park. You can bike in or walk in for free. Shuttle buses will run from Lincoln High School from 5pm-12:30am. Cost is $3 round trip.
