Last year, I told you about a new local theatre group, The Good Night Theatre Collective, and their monthly cabarets.

They took the Summer off, but they are back and with some new offerings.

The first new offering is two shows instead of one. Last year, the only opportunity to catch the cabarets was every third Thursday of the month. But now, there is a show on Thursday or Friday and Sunday! Woohoo!

Also, they are offering season tickets. So you can get tickets for all the shows up front and then be set for the season.

The first show back this season is "Miscast: A Broadway Cabaret."

The theme is explained on the Facebook Event Page as such:

Men singing as women. Good guys singing as bad guys. Princesses singing as rock stars. It's a miscast cabaret, where Good Night performers will sing songs that they wouldn’t be able to sing in real life. From classic showtunes to this year's biggest Broadway hits, we're turning the ICON Lounge upside down.

Sounds interesting, right?

Well, the first show is Friday, September 15th at 8PM or Sunday, September 17th, at 6 PM. All shows are at the Icon Lounge and tickets are $10.

You can buy tickets here or at the door. However, the shows have been known to sell out, so don't wait too long.
