After record and near-record highs in the 90s on Tuesday, we're preparing for a big change for Wednesday.

Highs will be 30 degrees cooler in the Sioux Falls area along with occasional showers.

Northwest Iowa looks to gain from Wednesday’s rain, with a half-inch of rain. Sioux Falls could see a-third of an inch.

Temperatures will slowly warm through Saturday with central and western South Dakota returning to the eighties.  Another hit of cool air moves in Sunday and Monday with dry skies.
