On a recent winter camping trip to Sibley State Park in Minnesota, we enjoyed a hot, tasty omelet breakfast made in a baggie. It was great!

There is nothing quite like a hot cup of coffee and a hot breakfast when you are camping in the winter.

If you are looking for a quick, easy, satisfying breakfast you should try making omelets in a baggie. Here's all you have to do.

Crack three eggs into a large resealable BPA free freezer bag. Drop in ham, cheese, onion, green pepper, tomato, salsa, mushrooms or any items you'd enjoy.  Shake up and squish around the mixture to beat the eggs.

Squeeze out as much of the air as you can and seal the baggie. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place as many bags as will fit at a time into the boiling water. Cook for about 13 minutes. Pull the baggies out, open them up and enjoy an awesome easy breakfast!
