Having This Information Will Lead You Back to Donuts
Ever since I had my first Krispy Kreme donut I vowed never to eat another one.
I'm about to go back on my word and indulge!
I just found out some interesting comparisons when it comes to sugar content. That S-word has been on my bad list for a long time.
I'll admit that I'm a label reader when it comes to finding how much and under what disguise sugar is included in foods.
Ok, let the Kreme's add up:
- Side of KFC coleslaw 14 grams of sugar
- One 20oz. Vitamin Water has 33 grams of sugar
- 12oz. Coke 39 grams of sugar
We all have seen the ads for Activitia yogurt. Well one serving of Activitia Fusions Bluberry Acai yogurt contains the sugar equivalent to one-and-a-half doughnuts. And, that very same yogurt has more sugar in it than three different types of fast food, including a McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese, a Burger King Whopper, and a Subway six-inch Meatball Marinara.
I'd like to know what foods or beverages you avoid just because of the sugar?
