He Went to Prison for Killing Her Daughter. Now They are Both Coming to Sioux Falls to Stop the Madness.
On May 11, 2002, a drunk driver killed Renee Napier’s daughter, Meagan, and Meagan’s friend, Lisa. The driver, Eric Smallridge, was sentenced to 22 years in prison. In the midst of grieving the loss of her daughter, Renee went to prison and forgave Eric, and in turn, Eric decided to make something positive out of his tragic mistake.
Eric is now out of prison. Now he and Renee will tell their compelling story of forgiveness and redemption at the 38th Sioux Falls Prayer Breakfast on Good Friday morning April 18th
