Helping Sioux Falls Struggling Families

If you're in need of food, Pastor Jeff Hayes invites you to Friday's food giveaway in the Nordstrom Johnson building at the W. H. Lyon Fairgrounds.

"It begins at 4 p.m.," Pastor Hayes tells us.  "We'll begin to pass out food at that time.  The doors open at 3 p.m.  Everybody is welcome!  We know there are people that are struggling here in Sioux Falls for food.  We encourage them to come out to the food giveaway for some incredible food.  We realize that people are in need of food.  On Friday, we will have between 12 and 15 thousands pounds of food to give away."

If you'd like to volunteer, Pastor Hayes should arrive around 3 p.m. on Friday.  "They have an incredible time.  It's a hands on ministry."

The Faith Temple food giveaway has distributed in the community over 3 million pounds of food during the past 4 years.
