Seems like just about everyone has "selfie" fever these days. But have you perfected the art of taking the selfie?

There's a skill that goes along with taking the perfect selfie, or at least that's what I'm told. Obviously I don't know diddly squat about taking selfies, just look at my picture. But lucky for you, Kim Kardashian does.

Can you think of someone who's taken more selfies than Kim? It seems like she's always posting a different selfie every time you get online.

Kim professes to be an expert, extremely well versed in the art of taking selfies. And she has some helpful tips to make sure you take the perfect selfie every time.

First off, according to Kim, the perfect selfie starts with using a mirror. Why wonder how it's going to look, when you take a picture in a mirror, then you'll know exactly how your selfie is going to look.

Kim also recommends you go black and white. You should always strive for the best lighting conditions you can get. But when the lighting situation is somewhat lacking, black and white helps. It will de-emphasize the shadows and other lighting imperfections.

Finally, Kim says you must hold your camera up high. Your face will look better and thinner when you're stretching your neck a little to look up.
