International Tourism Show Coming to Sioux Falls

The Sioux Falls Convention & Visitors Bureau is welcoming 200 international tour operators and suppliers to Sioux Falls for the 2015 Rocky Mountain International Roundup. That according to the Bureau's Teri Schmidt.

"The gathering is the single, largest hosting of international tour operators in the history of Sioux Falls coming here---giving us a chance to host their conference and sell Sioux Falls on why they should send international travelers to spend their vacations in our city."

Teri says representatives from throughout the world will be gathering at the Downtown Holiday Inn April 12 to the 16.

"People from Germany, Australia, France, New Zealand, Belgium, Italy and on and on. are planning to join us. We will have over 200 people here. 45 targeted international tour operator companies will attend. It's a fabulous opportunity for Sioux Falls and many other communities around the region will attend as well."

In addition to participating in the appointments, the Convention and Visitors Bureau will showcase Sioux Falls on a Familiarization tour of the city featuring many unique attractions that the international market is looking for! There will also be private events held throughout Sioux Falls to show the international travel leaders the level of hospitality and culture that their travelers will be able to experience.
