It Doesn’t Matter If You Are A World Cup Junkie Or A Weekend Soccer Parent, This Soccer Commercial Is Pretty Awesome!

If you have been waiting for this global tournament, the wait is over.  The World Cup starts today, Thursday, June 12th, with over 64 matches expected to be played over the next month from the different host cities in Brazil.

Hopes are high for the Americans who won't take the field until Monday, June 16th against Ghana, the team that just happened to eliminate the United States from the last two World Cups.  Group play continues for the US when they take on Portugal (with the FIFA Player of the Year, Cristiano Ronaldo) and they close group play against three-time champion Germany.

But it really doesn't matter if you are a die-hard soccer fan or simply a weekend soccer mom or dad, expect to see commercials promoting the World Cup on every TV channel.  And yes, I do enjoy seeing the handsome, chiseled athletes participating in the World Cup promoting the sport of soccer and the tournament, but I think this commercial, which many are already saying is the best world cup ad yet, is pretty awesome.  McDonald's has found a bunch of ordinary people, doing extraordinary things.  Enjoy and be amazed....
