Where did you meet your significant other?

New research suggests geography has a powerful impact on the lasting power of romantic relationships.

A British survey found that people who meet at the office are the most likely to make it down the aisle.

Fourteen percent of couples who courted at the water cooler made it to the church, followed by friend introductions which helped 11% of couples tie the knot, and vacation encounters came in at 10%.

However, people who meet at bars or parties struggle the most to make it past a first date.

Twenty-three percent of those surveyed said picking someone up in a bar or party led to nothing more than a one night stand.
