Justin Bieber is relaxing on the beaches of Panama following his Jan. 23 arrest -- and he has consumed a couple of brews in the process.

The 19-year-old singer, who was charged with a DUI, drag racing, resisting arrest and driving without a valid driver's license in Miami just three days ago, is escaping the turmoil while in Panama for the weekend. Bieber is said to be accompanied by 21-year-old model Chantel Jeffries, who was with the pop star during his arrest in South Beach.

After his arrest, Bieber was briefly jailed and appeared in court before a judge. He was released after posting the $2,500 bail.

According to Panamanian website Telemetro (via PEOPLE), Bieber drank several beers -- Panama's legal drinking age is 18 -- and went jet-skiing on the beach, yesterday, Jan. 25. (This isn't the first time since his arrest that the Biebs' has been surrounded by drinks.)

Earlier in the day, Bieber was filmed leaving Miami with his dad, Jeremy Bieber, and supposedly on his way to L.A. It was rumored that the singer did not want to go back to the City of Angels because he did not want to speak to his manager, Scooter Braun -- which could possibly explain his weekend getaway to Panama. The super-manager is thought to be more of a father figure to Bieber than his biological dad, who may be more of an enabler than a parent.

But it looks like Bieber may not be able to escape Braun after all -- TMZ reports that the manager and Bieber's mentor, Usher, have landed in Panama to stage a meeting with the troubled singer. The site also has alleged evidence of the Biebs' "drug-filled" kitchen. The shots show an array of drug paraphanelia, including a bong, a hookah, and a "substantial amount" of marijuana. See the photos here.

According to numerous sources, Bieber's team is urging him to go to rehab, but he is resisting.

There may also be evidence that cops screwed up the police report regarding the singer's arrest. Though he failed his field sobriety test, Bieber's blood alcohol level may have been only .014 (less than one beer for someone of the Biebs' size) instead of .04 as initially reported. The drag racing claim may be false as well -- while he and rapper Khalil were supposedly clocked in at going 60 MPH, the GPS in the cars estimated that the two were going somewhere between 27 to 34 MPH. To add to the proof, the surveillance video of the supposed "race" shows the stars driving at a fairly slow speed.

Whatever the case may be, Bieber is clearly going through a difficult time -- and we hope that he is getting the help and support that he needs.
