Kanye West has reportedly been released from UCLA Medical Center, according to TMZ. The rapper originally entered care on November 21, following a spate of erratic performances and the eventual cancellation of his remaining 21 Saint Pablo tour dates.

West left the hospital under care of his physician, Dr. Michael Farzam, who allegedly placed the initial call to 911 that resulted in his admittance. Now Kanye is at home with wife Kim Kardashian and their two children, TMZ reports.

Reports widely vary on the cause of West's hospitalization — TMZ currently says that his so-called "nervous breakdown" was triggered by the anniversary of his mother Donda's death back in 2007, which is around when reports of Kanye's tour date cancellations came in. Previous reports have attributed it to everything from tour-related stress to wholly unconfirmed mental illness diagnoses; at this point no one representing the West-Kardashian family has offered an official explanation.

Celebrities including Lady Gaga, John Legend and Chance the Rapper offered words of support for West upon learning of his hospitalization.

"While I don't agree with everything he does I hope the public shows compassion and [heart emoji] for Kanye West and each other," Gaga tweeted on November 23.
