Our pal Karla Brown introduced us to this simple yet very delicious recipe for easy baked potatoes.

If you are having a group over for some summer grilling and want a bunch of bakers ready and waiting for you and your grill mates, try this.

-Place all of your potatoes in a large bowl.
-Pour olive oil all over the spuds.
-Then sprinkle with a generous amount of Kosher or Rock Salt.
-Rub oil and salt evenly around potatoes
-Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil and place in your slow cooker.
-Pour in one cup of water.
-Cook on low for 5 or 6 hours.

The salt and olive oil adds great flavor to your taters and they come out extra moist.  The potatoes will slow cook for hours and be conveniently ready whenever you are ready to serve them.

This also works great if you want to do a Baked Potato Bar!
