Kelsey Herr – Cure Kids Cancer

Kelsey Heer is beautiful, outgoing, and a hero to many kids battling cancer and those we now call survivors. Kelsey has been through a long ordeal herself. She fought and beat her cancer – Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma. She lives with the reality that there is an 80% chance it may come back in another form, so she gets check-ups regularly. You might think it would make her bitter, but she tells us that cancer has been a blessing to her. Because of cancer, she has met other amazing friends dealing with the same journey, kids she wouldn’t have met otherwise. Because of her ordeal, she doesn’t take life or people for granted.
