Every year, hockey teams from around the globe flock to Ontario for the Special Hockey International. What happens is extremely special.

It's not a competitive tournament, instead it's a chance for special needs kids to play with an Olympic-feel, with opening and closing ceremonies for the 30+ teams playing.

This year, they were shown the video above of a little boy helping a special needs teammate score a goal. It takes a little while to accomplish it, but he never gives up and shows more patience than most adults I know.

It's a feel-good video that makes me want to adopt the kids and gave me a new appreciation for hockey.
