Lana Del Rey has finally unveiled the upcoming release date for her third studio album Honeymoon...with the help of a strategically-placed billboard ad.

For a while there, it looked like the release might never be formally announced (“September” was the most information we had for a painfully long time), but according to the "Summertime Sadness" singer's Instagram post from earlier today (August 14), fans can expect to hear Honeymoon in full on September 18.

News of the album's release date comes one day after Lana unveiled her latest music video for Honeymoon’s dreamy lead single, "High By The Beach." In it, she lays about on a mattress until eventually switching gears entirely and gunning down a helicopter full of invasive paparazzi. Can you say revenge fantasy?

In a recent interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Beats, Lana commented on writing the first single, saying, “It started with the chorus. I was driving by the beach a lot and this was probably one of the last ones on the record. I like that all of the chorus, melodies, all the harmonies, kind of had an Andrews Sisters vibe — it was like a six-part harmony. Even with the harmonies it almost sounded monotone, so it had this weird drone to it. But then with the beat it kind of had like a trap influence.”
