Is there anything that isn't just a little bit better when cooked on a smoker? Since we got our Traeger Pellet Grill I've developed an unhealthy relationship with my smoker.

Not 'unhealthy' in the detrimental to my well being sense. But unhealthy in that I'm constantly thinking of stuff I can stuff in the smoker.

Preparing chicken in the Traeger is a no-brainer. However, Tater Tots not so much.

Last night I smoked some tots. Don't judge me. I sprayed down a square of foil with some olive oil and smoke the tots for +275 for about an hour. They were awesome!

Next, I'm thinking about Lasagna??
