Learn Beer Brewing 101 At Sioux Falls Library

There are lots of great microbrews available in Sioux Falls.  But now you could learn to make your own beer.

Siouxland Libraries Caille Branch is bringing in an expert to teach their 'Beer Brewing 101' class.

Jason Currie-Olson, who is a co-owner of WoodGrain Brewing in downtown Sioux Falls will teach the three session series.

The first two sessions, that will take place at the Caille Branch Library are:

-Monday, July 17th: 'Focus on Ingredients'
-Monday, July 24th: 'How to Beer'

The final session, 'Flavor Profiles of Popular Craft Beers', will take place at WoodGrain Brewing Company 101 South Phillips Ave.  There will be a $6 fee at the door.
