Comedian Bill Maher Coming to Sioux Falls

I know I'm not the only one thinking this - South Dakota Democrats could use a little "encouragement." Things haven't exactly gone their way lately.

If there's one person who can light a fire under South Dakota Dems and "stir the pot" a little, it's - wait a minute - Bill Maher? Really?

I guess I was thinking Bill or Hillary or even Sean Penn.

I do like Bill Maher. The liberal comedian doesn't hold anything back and is often controversial. Maybe that's the catalyst the dems need.

Bill Maher is coming to Sioux Falls as part of a fundraiser for South Dakota's Democratic Party.  He'll appear at the Washington Pavilion on Sunday, September 13, 2015.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on April 24, 2015.
