How do you stand out in a crowded room or campaign race? By taking your shirt off and telling potential voters to "wake the f%#k up!"

Jeff Wagner emerges from the water to tell potential voters about the $100,000 a year job and that he won't take money from developers or from the local political angle.

The Minneapolis Star-Tribune reports Wagner is one of nearly three dozen candidates running for mayor of Minnesota's biggest city. Mediaite reports he's a member of the Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party.
