Mitchell Man Arrested For Arson in Connection With Apartment Fire

A 30-year old Mitchell man has been arrested for arson in connection with an apartment fire that displaced neighbors in the 17 unit complex.

Stephen Seitz is accused of starting his apartment on fire following a domestic disturbance Thursday evening.

Everyone got out of the complex safely, save for one minor injury a tenant received exiting.

Seitz is charged with first-degree arson and aggravated assault. He faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
