Monkey Attacks Cop [VIDEO]

In the video below the Police Officers describe what happens as a "Legitimate" monkey attack.  It's what I describe as "What the Heck?"

Arkansas Police Officer Keith Moore has pulled this guy over and is giving him a ticket.  He did not see the Ninja Monkey lurking in the back until it was too late.  And like something out of The Hangover 2, BAM, the monkey attacks!

You don't know if the guy gets an extra ticket for the "Monkey Drive-By"?
