More than Words between Two Men in Sioux Falls – Thankfully No Bullets

A verbal dispute went a half-step too far which led to an arrest on Monday.

Sioux Falls Police says two men were arguing at 1301 S. Majestic View Place. During the altercation, one of the men grabbed a rifle, and he threatened the other man with it.

The aggressor then left in his vehicle. Police were able to stop the man near 14th Street and Dakota Avenue. The Tea Storm Chasers reported that multiple guns were found in the Jeep.

Only an aggravated assault charge was levied against the 50-year old man for brandishing the rifle whose name was not immediately released.  We do know he is from Sioux Falls and was taken to the Minnehaha County Jail.
