Two teens gave a whole new meaning to the term "car hopping" on Thursday night, October 15 in Sioux Falls.

Police say two juvenile suspects caused nearly $25,000 in damages to 20 new vehicles located at Schulte Subaru on 19th Street and South Minnesota Avenue.

The teens body slammed the vehicles as they hopped from car to car. The incident was caught by security cameras at Schulte Subaru.

The antics of the vandals left cars with large dents on their roofs and hoods.

Owner Mike Schulte says a witness alerted police about the vandalism around 8:30 on Thursday evening. He says the two teens fled when authorities arrived.

Police collected handprints, fingerprints and shoeprints from the lot according to Schulte.

Anyone with more information regarding the vandalism is encouraged to contact the Sioux Falls Police Department.
