Some new housing is opening up in downtown Sioux Falls. The Good Samaritan Society and Citi will host a grand opening and ribbon-cutting for the City Center Apartments this Monday.

City Center Apartments, at 620 North Main Avenue, is described as a Low Income Housing Tax Credit housing development.

CitiHousing, Inc. invested $4.2 million in the $5.4 million project, and Citi Community Capital provided the construction loan.

Good Samaritan Society says the three-story project has 34 one-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units for people 62 and older who meet low-income housing tax credit eligibility guidelines.
