If the newly released, extended trailer for 'White House Down' paints an appropriate picture of the finished film, it's not-so-quiet duel with the conceptually similar 'Olympus Has Fallen' is already over ... and it's won. Although "terrorists invade the White House" is an action movie trope we've seen a dozen times before, Roland Emmerich's film appears to have a unique spin on a tired concept -- it's a "buddy cop" movie where one of the cops just so happens to be the President of the United States.

The spoiler-phobic may want to stay away from this four-minute trailer since it seems to give away many of the film's big laughs and action beats, but for those who aren't sold on seeing the film yet, this may be what changes their minds. While 'Olympus Has Fallen' was a gloomy, grim and modestly budgeted action film, 'White House Down' looks like a slick, goofy and frequently hilarious blockbuster that will be best enjoyed with a massive tub of popcorn and a large soda. Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx appear to share some pretty incredible chemistry, the action looks nuts and the quips are far funnier than anything in 'The Hangover Part 3.' In short, this thing looks like the complete summer movie package.

'White House Down' invades theaters on June 28.
