Nick Kelly – Cure Kids Cancer

At 16, Nick was an active athlete, enjoying soccer. It was odd for him to feel tired, so when he experienced falling asleep in class and barely being able to walk to his car, he went to the doctor. Blood tests revealed leukemia. Nick began chemotherapy treatments, which took quite a toll on him. He faced a long road with a lot of obstacles. Nick’s mother was told several times he probably wouldn’t make it. Nick is now is cancer-free. Nick is a survivor.
