Nicki Minaj Attacks Mariah Again, Calls Her ‘Insecure and Bitter’
As long as ‘American Idol‘ Season 12 has been on, the claws have been OUT. Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey just won’t let the other one live peacefully in her diva kingdom.
The most recent tiff comes after Mariah said Minaj has never had a song go to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart while critiquing a performance by ‘Idol’ hopeful, Angie Miller. Nicki stayed very quiet, when Carey said this, but of course took to Twitter to put the ‘Triumphant’ songstress on blast. Responding to a Perez Hilton that she got burned by Mariah, Nicki posted:

She continued:
What u SHOULD be doing (wit your messy ass) is asking why a woman SO successful at her age, is still so INSECURE, and bitter @perezhilton

Now of course, it came out that Jennifer Lopez was the one to approach ‘Idol’ producers, but the gloves officially came off when Minaj called Mariah “bitter” and “insecure.” We’re going to go ahead and say these two will not be on the judging panel together next season unless it’s a publicity stunt for viewers, which of course, means that plan is failing miserably since the show’s ratings are way down this season.
Of course, Mariah has yet to respond to Nicki’s rampage, which, we would guess, probably just makes the ‘Starships’ rapper that much more angry. Ladies, can’t we all just get along?!
