NO MORE TEXTING AND DRIVING IN SIOUX FALLS!

The Sioux Falls City Council unanimously passed this city wide TEXTING BAN

ordinance last night at its meeting.  The ban makes texting and driving a punishable offense. If you are caught texting and driving you can be pulled over and given a $200.00 ticket.  Your GPS is not included in the ban only your hand-held devices.  The ban could go into effect as early as Sept. 21st.  So as my Grandma used to say: "Knock it off!"
